Refund policy

At BIOSKIN we want you to feel confident with every order.

Returns

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

However, if your order arrives:

  • damaged,
  • defective,
  • leaking,
  • broken, or
  • incorrect,

please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number,
  • photos of the product and packaging, and
  • a brief description of the issue.

After reviewing the claim, we may offer:

  • a replacement product,
  • store credit for the value of the item, or
  • a refund in exceptional cases at our discretion.

Refunds

We generally do not offer refunds. Approved cases are typically resolved through store credit that can be used toward any future purchase on our website.

Refunds to the original payment method may only be issued if:

  • the item cannot be replaced,
  • the order was never delivered, or
  • the issue cannot reasonably be resolved with store credit or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • opened or used skincare products,
  • products purchased on sale or promotion,
  • gift cards,
  • items damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
