At BIOSKIN we carefully prepare and ship every order from Sag Harbor, New York.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
  • Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been dispatched.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during launches, promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping through USPS to:

  • Mexico
  • Select countries in Latin America where USPS international delivery services are available

International shipping availability may vary depending on the destination country and USPS service limitations.

Customs & Import Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges required by their country.

Bioskin Skincare is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international carrier issues.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible before your order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been shipped and handed to the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. However, if your package is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
